From Rt. 78 West:
Take Exit 40 and make a left onto Hillcrest Road. Follow Hillcrest down the hill to the stop sign and make a right. Then, follow around the circle to the left, and continue past the two gas stations. You will pass the Watchung Police Department on your left. Continue 1/5th mile until you approach the Watchung Triangle. Make a left into the Triangle. Performance Rehabilitation is number 459 Watchung Ave and will be on your right.
From Rt. 78 East:
Take Exit 40 and make a right onto Hillcrest Road. Follow the same directions above.
From Garden State Parkway:
Take Exit 142 to 78 West, and follow the directions above.
From Rt. 22 West:
Continue past the Watchung Square Mall, and as you approach Ray’s Sport shop on your right, slow down. We are the exit
after raceway gas station marked “Watchung VA Hospital”. Continue up this road for 1/5 mile and make a left into
the Watchung Triangle. Performance Rehabilitation will be on your left, #459
From Rt. 22 East:
Continue past North Plainfield High School. Pass VIP Honda on your right, go under overpass and make your next right at
Watchung Ave. Make your next right onto the overpass for Watchung VA Hospital, before Strauss Auto. Make a left at the light
to continue on Watchung Ave. Continue on this road for about 1/5 mile and turn left into the Watchung Triangle. Performance
Rehabilitation will be on your left, #459
